Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping isn’t available yet, but it’s on our roadmap.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Once shipped, orders are delivered via USPS or UPS standard service, with typical delivery times of 3–7 business days, depending on location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
💰 Returns & Refunds
Can I return a soap bar?
Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used soap bars.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@soopura.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We’ll gladly offer a fair resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.
🧼 Sensitive Skin Concerns
Every skin is unique.
If you experience irritation or discomfort, stop use immediately and email hello@soopura.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
While we can’t provide medical advice, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution — whether that’s a product swap, store credit, or refund, when appropriate.
We always recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially for sensitive or reactive skin.
