Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we're working on it.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via standard USPS or UPS services. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

💰 Returns & Refunds

Can I return a soap bar?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used soap bars.

What if my bar arrives damaged?
Please email us at hello@soopura.com with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to send a replacement or offer store credit.

What if I react to a Soopura bar?
Every skin is different. If you experience irritation, stop use immediately and contact us at hello@soopura.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We can’t offer medical advice, but we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means a product swap, store credit, or refund.
