❓ Are your bars really fragrance-free?

Soopura bars are designed for fragrance-sensitive skin. We don’t use synthetic perfumes or overpowering essential oils. Some bars have a light, natural scent from ingredients like goat milk, oat, or lavender — but never added fragrance.

❓ Are these soaps safe for sensitive skin?

That’s exactly who they’re for. All Soopura bars are formulated with minimal ingredients and tested for sensitive skin types. We always recommend a patch test first, just to be safe.

❓ Are Soopura bars safe for kids or babies?

While our bars are gentle, we recommend using Soopura on children over 3 years old. For younger skin, bars like Goat Milk, Oatmilk, or Chamomile are best — and always consult your pediatrician if unsure.

❓ Do you offer sample sizes?

Yes! Our Intro Trio includes three 2 oz mini bars — and for a limited time, we’re offering this set at no product cost.
Customers are simply responsible for shipping and handling, which may vary by location.

It’s a gentle way to experience Soopura’s fragrance-sensitive care before committing to a full-size bar.

❓ Are your bars vegan?

Some are — others aren’t.

Goat Milk and Honey Oat contain animal byproducts
Oatmilk, Chamomile, and Lavender Peace are vegan-friendly

❓ Do you make shampoo or conditioner bars?

Not yet — but they’re in the works. Stay tuned for our Soopura Hair Bar (shampoo) and Soothe Bar (conditioner) — designed with sensitive scalps in mind.

❓ Where are your soaps made?

Soopura bars are produced in small batches through trusted artisan and manufacturing partners. Every bar is quality-checked, hand-wrapped, and shipped from Washington State.

❓ Can I request a custom bundle?

We currently offer curated bundles like Cinthia’s Daily Trio, the Trial Trio, and the Preferred 3-Pack. A “Build Your Own Bundle” option is in development!

❓ What if my skin has a reaction?

Every skin is different. If you experience irritation or discomfort after using a Soopura bar, please stop use right away.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use — especially for sensitive or reactive skin types.
