By visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users — whether browsing, shopping, or subscribing. Soopura is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us the platform to serve you.

2. Products & Usage

Our soap bars are designed for fragrance-sensitive skin and crafted with minimal, skin-friendly ingredients. That said, every person’s skin is unique. We recommend a patch test before full use.

We do not offer medical advice. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use. In case of a serious reaction or emergency, please seek medical care or call 911 immediately.

3. Orders & Billing

By placing an order, you confirm that your billing and shipping info is current and accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if fraud, misuse, or other concerns are suspected.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices may change without notice. While we do our best to keep things accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors related to product info, pricing, or availability at any time.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We don’t accept returns on opened personal care items

  • If something arrives damaged or causes irritation, reach out within 14 days — we’ll make it right

6. Privacy & Data Rights

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we follow applicable laws, including the Washington State Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@soopura.com.

Our store may link to or integrate third-party services (like payment processors, shipping platforms, or review tools). We aren’t responsible for their content or policies — please review theirs separately.

8. Washington State Legal Compliance

Soopura is based in Washington State and operates in accordance with applicable local and state consumer protection regulations, including required disclosures under RCW 19.86 and RCW 19.375. Any disputes arising from your use of our site or products will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

By using this site, you agree that any dispute related to your purchase or use of Soopura products will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for matters that qualify for small claims court or where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will take place in Whatcom County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

If you do not agree to this clause, you may opt out within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing legal@soopura.com with your full name and order number. Your opt-out will not affect other parts of these Terms.

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes take effect once posted here, and it’s your responsibility to review them periodically.
