This site operates on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform.
Soopura is operated by Soopura LLC, a Washington State limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mellennialls Holdings LLC.
2. Products & Use Disclaimer
Soopura soap is made without added fragrance, colorants, or synthetic additives. Individual responses to any personal care product vary.

- We recommend performing a patch test before full use
- Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs
- Keep out of reach of children
Soopura LLC does not provide medical advice.
If you experience a serious reaction or medical emergency, seek medical care or call 911 immediately.
3. Product Availability
Soopura soap is currently in its production phase and is not offered for sale at this time. Product listings appearing on this site are published for informational purposes only.
Ordering terms will be published in advance of the first commercial release. Soopura LLC does not currently offer subscriptions.
4. Soopura-Branded Accessories
Soopura-branded accessories are sold by CurioCrate LLC via eBay. Links on this site direct to CurioCrate LLC's eBay listings.
Any purchase of accessories is a transaction between you and CurioCrate LLC, governed by eBay's terms and CurioCrate LLC's policies. Soopura LLC is not the seller of record for accessories and is not a party to those transactions. Soopura LLC and CurioCrate LLC are wholly owned subsidiaries of Mellennialls Holdings LLC.
5. Pricing & Product Information
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
While we strive for accuracy, we may correct errors related to pricing, product descriptions, or availability at any time.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for current terms.
Returns and refunds for accessories are administered by CurioCrate LLC through eBay. Return terms for Soopura soap will be published in advance of the first commercial release.
7. Privacy & Data Rights
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Washington State Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@soopura.com.
8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Please review their terms independently.
9. Washington State Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
By using this site, you agree that disputes related to your purchase or use of Soopura products will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law or eligible for small claims court.
You waive the right to:
- A jury trial
- Participation in class or representative actions
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will take place in Whatcom County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed.
Opt-Out:
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase or first use of this site by emailing hello@soopura.com with your full name and, if applicable, your order number. Opting out does not affect the remainder of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective once posted. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
